Updating Payment Details

We partner with Stripe to provide secure billing & payment information.

To update your billing details follow this link and enter your registered email.

You will then be able to access your information including past invoices, card details etc.

Failed Payments

Sometimes your subscription payment will fail because of bank security, expired cards etc 😞. Whilst payments sometimes will get processed automatically after a few days, you may need to update your billing information in order to keep your subscription active.

Please contact our support team at [email protected] or by clicking the blue icon in the bottom right of the screen, and we'll send you a secure link to update your card information.
