If you want to change your payment details, or have a failed payment and want to use a new card then follow the guide below.
Updating Payment Details
- Go to https://app.fbawizard.com/user/manage_billing
- Enter your new billing information & save
- You may need to log out of the app, and back in again to regain access.
Sometimes your subscription payment will fail because of bank security, expired cards etc 😞. Whilst payments sometimes will get processed automatically after a few days, you may need to update your billing information in order to keep your subscription active.
Please contact our support team at [email protected] or by clicking the blue icon in the bottom right of the screen, and we'll send you a secure link to update your card information.
