If you want to change your payment details, or have a failed payment and want to use a new card then follow the guide below.

Updating Payment Details

  1. Go to https://app.fbawizard.com/user/manage_billing
  2. Enter your new billing information & save
  3. You may need to log out of the app, and back in again to regain access.

Failed Payments

Sometimes your subscription payment will fail because of bank security, expired cards etc 😞. Whilst payments sometimes will get processed automatically after a few days, you may need to update your billing information in order to keep your subscription active.

Please contact our support team at [email protected] or by clicking the blue icon in the bottom right of the screen, and we'll send you a secure link to update your card information.
