You will need to follow the steps outlined below to connect your Amazon account with FBA Wizard via SP-API upon joining.  

For this to work, you must have a PROFESSIONAL seller account with Amazon (not an individual seller account)

If you don't already have one, click here to register/upgrade to a Pro seller account on Amazon.  It's not mandatory to have a Pro seller subscription in both the UK & US, you only need to create one where you plan on selling.

Connecting your account

1. United Kingdom users connect via following link here.

2. You may be prompted to login, click the checkbox "I direct Amazon to provide Sourcing Mage access to my Selling Partner account and related data. I am responsible for any actions taken by the application."

Note: Sourcing Mage is a trading name for FBA Wizard Ltd on Amazon. The software grants access to the the same application FBA Wizard.

3. Click "Confirm".

4. You'll then be taken back to the FBA Wizard app where your token will be saved.

Troubleshooting

The new process for saving SP-API keys is far simpler than the old MWS system & therefore you should face zero issues.

If you face any issue then the problem could lay in your account health or that you don't have the correct Amazon seller subscription.
